Landford Epuipment has moved.Wow

So I was passing By Landford equipment today and seen a sign that says they have moved. looked on line and they have sold out to Ewald Tractors and the new location will be just north of the old bowling alley. First JD and Kubota. Wonder how much tax revenue that will cost the city. It sure seems that for every biz that opens up shop here one seems to leave.:

It's been proven time and again that overtaxation runs businesses out. On the other hand, they may have been landlocked with no expansion room.
Red Ewald has pretty large locations.

i noticed that just north of the old bowling lanes last week that a new building was going up and it in the same general location as the address listed on the We have moved sign.. pretty sure that,s where Ewald is setting up shop for the Kubota place.. Almost straight across from the JD dealership.

Not sure but would bet it stays empty for quite sometime like the Old JD location.
