The holidays are fast approaching and for the 6th year the staff at the Quality Inn, here in Marble Falls, is gearing up for the annual “CUP OF COMFORT” Blanket and Food drive. This event helps those in our community who are less fortunate and in need. Blankets and food are distributed to the local charities throughout Burnet and Llano counties.


On board sponsors include Marble Falls chamber of commerce, radio stations KBEY, KITY,KOTY, Picayune newspaper and TV, The infamous BlueBonnet Cafe, Highland Lakes Subway Shops, SureCuts (Kingsland), Digital Reflections, Printworks, R&B Silver Spartan food trailer, Dr. Greg Sopel, the Highlander newspaper and, of course, TheHighlandLakes.com.

With the generosity of our sponsors, the recipients include The Crisis Center, Share the Harvest, Burnet Neighborhood Centers, Mother of Sorrows Cathlolic Church, LaCare and The Helping Center. They have been able to help more families enjoy a warm holiday season.


The Blanket and Food Drive will run from November 26th to December 26th. Save the date and plan on joining us at the “Open House” which will be on December 21st from 11am to 1 pm. Here you will be able to meet and greet all those who have joined the effort to make this the biggest and best event ever as well as the members of our community that this event services. Santa Claus will be there too for the children! Free photos with Santa will be available.

The hotel is open 24 hours to accept your donations. We are located on the corner of Mission Hills Trail & Hwy 281 at 1206 HWY 281 North in Marble Falls
