Chip I believe you are tough enough to handle the yarn shop but leave your maroon in the jeep. Ruth bleeds Burnt Orange and is one fantastic lady!

Quilt shop locations

My wife is an active quilter and a member of the Marble Falls quilt club. There is no quilt shop other than W-M in this area, but there is one in Fredericksburg (One Quilt Place), and another in Kerrville called Creations which she calls the best she has ever been to. There is also one in Llano, but the one that used to be in Kingsland has shut down. I hope this can help new quilters to the area find a store. You can Google the names above for the stores and the quilt club to get info on location and meeting dates.

Barb's Quilt Nook did close; but, Barb has opened another, small place on 1431 before you get into Kingsland. It's on the right side (going from Marble Falls) in the front of the storage units located just past Lookout Mountain.
