Trail of Lights on Christmas night

My family and I were crossing the Marble Fall bridge on Christmas night somewhere around 8:00 P.M. and were surprised that there were no lights. Today I called the Chamber of Commerce to find out why there were no lights and was told they were absolutely on at that time. Am I crazy? Did anyone else have this experience?

I do not know about xmas night but Last Saturday I crossed the bridge about 8:30 and the lights were off. Its possible the weather was the cause for them to be off..

If it's raining, they typically shut it down.
