Utility Bill
 
I'm in Kingsland with CTEC but hearing that PEC customers are also experiencing very high bills the last few months. My bill is almost double what I normally run year round and I keep AC at 68 and heat at 66.

What are others seeing, and is there a reason for this huge increase? It has been a cold winter but this is crazy. What gives?

My energy use is higher, but it really has been cold. My highest energy use ever was July, 2016. This is according to PEC's energy analyzer. The last three January's

You mentioned getting your chimney swept did you leave your flew open ? I learned the hard way a good working chimney sucks all the air out of the house.:o
