LACE UP YOUR SHOES!!!!

Please see attached flyer for upcoming CASA 5K run. You can walk, you can run or have someone push you. Strollers and pets are welcome. There is a kids 1K and awards will be given to all! We have some exciting activities for the kids immediately following the race. After the race, head over to Main Street where our local chamber is hosting Market Days.

Anyone know if there are rain plans?

I was there at about 6:30 this morning. It looked like the only plan is how wet to get. Beats sweating.

Yep - the rain held off pretty much the whole race. Pretty good turnout!

It was a lot of fun. My first every 5K and I finished in 28:45, YEEE HAWWW!! I'll have to do more of those.
