According to the Daily Tribune:

A nearly complete revised downtown master plan likely will include changes to make parking easier in the city's arts and retail district, a city official said.

Just wondering if anyone knows what "improvements" are afoot? Just me, I have no problems parking downtown. I usually park right in front of where I'm going. Sure hope there are no "unintended consequences" of the "improvements."

There is a link on the citys webpage for the Downtown Master plan. It may have answers to that subject.

IMO parking there right now is not that bad. I mean its not like theres a rush of folks chasing a spot...

If they are going to fix anything they should start with roads. Some of the roads in town are horrible.

Immune, I agree with you. I wish when they start a new road they would finish it. The one on Broaday @ 281, just went far to reach the end of the church, one block. New steets would be great, would love to see them finish Broadway to Ave D...

I looked at the Downtown Mater Plan on the city's website. So far it basically lists the dates they plan on discussing the Downtown Master Plan, but doesn't give any specifics.

You over looked the draft plan link near the top of the page.

I wish they'd fix the curbs so they weren't so high to step up.
