Does anyone know where we might find some darkroom equipment, particularly a 1970's type photo enlarger? Doesn't have to work since it will only be used as a prop on the set of HCCT's next play, Wait Until Dark.
Thanks anyway, I found an enlarger on Austin Craigs List.

OTHER PROP NEEDS? Are there any other needs for unusual props, since that mystery-thriller, set in a New York basement apt. as I recall, has a 1970s time frame? Maybe lovers of live theatre in Horseshoe Bay, Marble Falls, Burnet, Meadowlakes and Cottonwood Shores may have some of the colorful, kitschy items to dress out the set now being built at Hill Country Community Theatre. Got a wish list for this "public" scavenger hunt??!

HCCT now has the photo enlarger and gadget bag etc. for the modest darkroom studio in the basement apt. that is the setting for the mystery thriller "Wait Until Dark." However they do have a wish list of other early '70s items. Among them is magazines from that period and food boxes or canned foods (could be empty) from that period. For a list, please contact Janice Cleavinger here, or at 830-598-1063, jcleavinger@gmail.com . OR, call Hill Country Community Theatre at 830-693-2474, and leave a message if no one is in the office. THANKS, Hill Country fans of live theatre!

Does anyone have an electric wall clock that is illuminated or back-lighted like the old advertising clocks of the 1970's. The Hill Country Community Theatre needs to borrow one for about 3 weeks. Wait Until Dark is a great suspense mystery, and this is one of the important props.
