All right folks. Its that time again for the Girl Scouts to be out and about Selling their GS cookies. They will start selling them on Weds. Some will be setup at WGs and walmart this weekend as well.. Please help support their efforts if you can.

It was great to see the GSs out selling the cookies again..I got 4 kinds myself. peanut Butter patties,Mint,Caramel delites and lemon cookies. They said they were doing good already in their sales. Thats was great to hear that.. Keep it up GSs.

Thanks for the offer chip. That would be great since they do rotation at WGs and Walmart amongst the different troops and kids.Most signed up for slots at either places..I will see what day my girls can set up their table.We are limited pretty much to weekends due to school hours.They have 14 cases left and have until fed 25th to get them all sold. I can treat them to a blizzard as well;). That may help them get selling more.

FYI for anyone stopping and supporting GSs.. Some if not all those selling GS cookies have an empty box which they use to put boxes of cookies in that will be sent to the military.So even if a person cant eat GScookies they can buy a box and have it go to another worthy cause.Kinda of two birds with one stone so to speak..

Folks. The GSs are getting into the last week of Selling Girl Scout cookies.Friday the 25th is the last official day to sell them. While some have completely sold out there allotments. There are still a few who have cases left to sell. There should still be tables setup at Walgreens and Walmart. So if you are still craving these awesome cookies and wish to help these young ladys achieve their goals then please be on the look out.

I ordered six packages of GS cookies from a neighbor. When they arrived I checked the ingredients. They are still being made with high fructose corn syrup. Even though they are tasty, next year I'll just give the GS a donation and do without the cookies.

Thank you for buying some. I had not looked at the ingredients except for the shortbread.. Donations are great for the GSs as well. There were some folks who donated since they could not eat them.Others bought a box to send to the military.
