Anyone else's internet through Northland slow today? I'm supposed to be getting 6M down and I'm not even breaking 2 right now. :(

How are you testing? I use http://speedtest.net/
This morning I'm getting full 6m down but only .5 up.

I have been seeing a lot of packet loss lately. Powering off/on the modem has been restoring the network to full speed for awhile. I live in the gated community that pretends to be a "real" city.

Yeah, that's where I was testing from. It seems to have leveled out a bit, guess we will see.

Is this a relable service, there are so many that just want you to buy the program and then does not do that much, you can do most on your own

What are you talking about? Speedtest.net is a website, northland is an internet provider.

I have nctv.com and I use Speakeasy- Speed Test and Dallas is my site
