Sadly, there will be no parade in Granite Shoals this year.:eek:

Being unable to organize it again this year, I resigned early in the year, but efforts to find someone to carry on, proved fruitless.:confused:

It is a sad state of affairs when we have become so consumed with other issues that we forget to whom we owe our freedom to go about our daily lives.:(

I hope that we are merely on hiatus this year and this important event will resume next year.

My sincerest thanks to all who have participated in the past.

Anyone interested in organizing/working this event should contact GS City Hall.

It has been posted on the City Website for sometime and discussed at Council Meetings.

Actually there was an earlier thread and some discussion. Too bad nobody stepped up.
