Has anyone else experienced an attitude problem at Cecil Atkinson? General Manager does not return phone calls, not a very customer friendly atmosphere after purchasing a new vehicle.

If you have experienced an unresolved problem, spread the word. You CAN be effective.

I believe I would make a personal visit to the establishment in an attempt to speak with management in person.

Bought a Jeep there in 2007. Had a good experience and had some service work done there with no problems.

I bought a new Chrysler van in 2003. I have never had any trouble with the dealership because I have never had any trouble with the Chrysler. I have always had the oil changed there because part of the original sale was a book of free oil changes. They have always been nice about that. Like any business they are there to make money so they might try to sell you something but they all do that and you certainly can say no.

I have taken my daughters PT Cruiser in for repair a couple times this year and have always received excellent service, a labor discount and a thank-you letter in the mail.
