View Full Version : Dentures
Does anyone have a recommendation for a Dentist here that does extractions and dentures for a reasonable price? I have no insurance and will be paying cash.
Thanks

My husbands grandmother used Austin Oral Surgery Assoc. and said they were the best fitting pair of dentures she had ever had.
They come to Marble Falls at 1704 1431 W. Ste 1704

Hope this helps! Good Luck

We took my father-in-law to Affordable Dental in Austin. The least expensive dentures were about $450, but we got the mid-quality dentures for him, which were $750. You go early in the morning, then go back to pick them up later that day. For him, we took him back the next day because he didn't have much gum to work with and the dentist wanted to get it right. We expected to have to take him back a number of times before they would be able to get it right, but he's had those dentures more than a year now and hasn't had a single problem with them. They also do other dental services for reasonable rates.
Good luck!

Check out Texas Mission Of Mercy web site. They supply free dental and have a upcomming fair in Taylor in june.
I have worked as a volunteer at several of these. They will do cleanings, extractions, fillings, some denture work.
The city of Burnet did one several years ago.
It would be nice if Marble Falls or Burnet county would host one of these.
*note you will have to get there very early to get in line to get work done.*
Peaches,
Is that $450.00 & $750.00 price for uppers & lowers? Otherwords are the prices you quoted, for complete sets of dentures? And to the others thet replied, can you remember the prices?
Mike
thanks everyone for the suggestions. will check them all out. please keep your suggestions coming. I'm on a limited budget but really need to get this done. Does anyone know of the Dr. Graham and his wife that had an office in Horseshoebay back in the eighties? My Mother had work done there and her dentures are still fitting and working perfectly.
Do you know what the cost was?
Thanks alot.

Those prices were for the entire sets (upper and lower). There have different quality dentures available. The least expensive were $450, and the better set that we bought were $750. They have an even better set, but I don't know the price.
It's been about a year, so the prices may have changed. They can tell you their prices when you call...but you might also google to see if they have a web site.
