We are with ATT Prepaid provider. Refilled both cell phone accounts on Friday and they had been up in the cabinet ever since. Went to use mine yesterday when my brother in law was stranded and it said I only have 16 cents left in my account. Called the 611 number and went to payment history and the payment does show up. I only have numbers for the automated services and not to a liveperson...unfortunately there is no option for where in the heck did my $ go!
Does anyone happen to have a phone number for them that has a live person on the other end?
Thanks!

Thank you SO much:)! Was finally able to get through and it was taken care of:rockon:. Apparently an sms messeage was sent to my phone and because I did NOT respond they automatically signed me up for something I have never heard of and deducted the $ for the subscription:eek:! Some type of unlimited games thingy:confused:...
GRRR, first they allowed sales people to call cells and now we have to be weary of things like this:banghead:!

Some prepaid cell phone companies will charge you a dollar per day just to be able to get the service so look close at the way they work.
Just a heads up.

Yes, our plan is like that. However mobile to mobile is free and we don't use ours on a daily basis. Our furture daughter in law entered our grand daughter in an online photo contest yesterday and when I was going through the voting process it sent a pin # to my cell phone. I read the terms and conditions during the last step and caught that they were wanting to sign me up for some type of extra application ($9.99 a month)on my phone. Needless to say I backed out and did not vote:( and put a comment under her post warning people to look at the fine print!
