I am just wondering since a County constable is an employee of the county...who are their supervisors/administrators? Who do they report to or who are they accountable to?

The County Constable is not an employee of the county but an elected official and is accountable to the electorate. There is also a relationship to the County Commissioner's Court for budget matters.
