Please say it ain't so...
If tonight's game, a preseason one, is pay-per-view does that mean all Texas games will be pay-per-view? What's up with that ?
 hookem!

I think it's been fairly common for the 1st one to be PPV, doesn't irritate me any less though ;-)

An how much does the privilege to watch Texas destroy some poor team set you back?

I never have cared to see a team run up the score but in today's world it is all included in the rankings. Anyway, I want to see all the new kids on the block that we don't see in regular season much.
Besides those Louisiana boys can be really tough.
I have never known a state university game to be on ppv.

Awwww, c'mon Toni, you teasips can afford a little PPV. It's us AGGIES that need free TV. All the same, not running up the score on the AGGIES last year may have very well cost Mac Brown a shot at the national title. What a class act. GIG 'EM

Most of the games will be free, some on Fox Sports SW, some on ABC, some on ESPN. This first game (it's a real one that counts, not a preseason one, but it's also not a conference game) was with a team that the TV Gods decided wasn't worth televising. I kept up with the game on GameCast. Nice win for the Horns, though our new defense needs some, um, fine tuning. Hook 'em!

Nah, dropping an interception cost the 'Horns. It's just wishful thinking that the Gaggies had any influence on their season. ;)

Hey Chipper!
How is it possible that an Aggie can make the best Jalitos Burger in Burnet County ?. Probably picked it up from a Texas Tailgater. hehehe:rockon:
Thanks for the info Frank!

You agroids shouldn't be worried about seeing your agglets on TV. You should be going to the games. Heard that Kyle Field had some pretty empty areas for New Mexico. The bats are taking over the stadium and even Agricultural & Mechanical people don't want to sit in the guava.
CLEAN THAT UP before Thanksgiving.

Actually it's called guano, guava is a fruit, but I would expect that from a liberal arts college. We ARE saving it for ya. Why, once again does a conversation with a teasip drift back to fruit?
Actually, it's kinda cool with all the bats around. I am there every home game in my seats. In the spirit of Austin, we are trying to save the cute little creatures..

Oh, I didn't tell you the best part, they live in the visitors section. As for playing like it, it looks like Jerrod Johnson outdid McCoy in the first week of play. As a matter of fact, he outplayed the entire Big 12. We've got a ways to go, but we're on the right track now.

Well said, Reapp. While Colt, as well as the rest of the Longhorns, didn't shine too brightly during most of the first half, they certainly redeemed themselves the second half. This Saturday's game will shed some light on who's the better team. If I was a betting person, my money would be on the Horns!!

Mack Brown is such a class act that he does everything he can to avoid running the score over the moon. Don't think for a minute that Colt is not the same kind of person.
Go Horns; always with class and sportsmanship!

Now I've never really been a longhorn fan, most of my family bleeds maroon...anyway, I heard Coach Brown on ESPN radio today and he is truly a class act. He was honest and accurate in his statements especially when he pointed out the Texas and oklahoma really don't like each other, but that ut and A&M get along because we're all part of the same family...
Now the question is, does that mean us Aggies or you Teasips have to be nice to that team from lubbock:confused: because there's only so much I can take :pound:although it is weird that red raider football seems to be the only one broadcast on our local radio station.....

So is this another PPV game? You'd think the #2 team (that's debatable) in the nation would draw big sponsors for mainstream tv .

Was too close to be comfortable with, but all that matters is UT won!! Colt really didn't play very good last night. Hope that doesn't become a habit. The Raiders' quarterback is awesome, I hate to say!
